student book review - DORK DIARIES

Student Book Review Dork Diaries: Tales from a Not-So-Popular Party Girl by Rachel Renee Russell

Have you ever had an enemy that is always behind you? Well that’s exactly what happened to Nikki Maxwell in this novel.

This story started when Nikki Maxwell was hoping her crush Brandon Robert, will ask her to the Halloween dance. But she was heartbroken when she overheard her biggest enemy, Mackenzie Hollister, bragging that she and Brandon are going to the dance together. But Nikki was shocked when Brandon asked her to the dance and realized that Mackenzie was lying. Nikki agreed to go with him and ended up having the best time of her life.
This story was very interesting. My favourite part of the story was when Brandon asked Nikki out and she found out Mackenzie was lying. If I was Nikki I would never think that Mackenzie was telling the truth. This is my favourite book from the series because this one was the one I thought flowed more smoothly than the others.
I would rate this book 5 star out of 5. What made this book so great was how the story was well written, and the story was very enjoyable to read and very interesting.
